COD72 / THE DAILY PRACTICE

72 days. One decision:
keep showing up.

COD72 is a way to build consistency in golf and in life. Across four 18-day chapters, reflect on your mindset, make room for movement, practice the game with purpose, and take ownership of your time. It isn't about perfect scores or never missing a step. It's about making a deliberate choice to return and improve.

THE FOUR CHAPTERS

The long game
is built daily.

Each stage gives you a different focus. Open any chapter to see practical ways to bring the CODGOLF mindset into your everyday routine.

01 / DAYS 01–18SHOW UP.+

Begin by making the commitment manageable and repeatable. Put a small practice session or movement break on the calendar, choose a clear objective, and reflect on what showing up means to you.

  • Set one achievable goal for your game.
  • Make time for a short daily action.
  • Write down one thing you learned.
02 / DAYS 19–36BUILD.+

Strengthen the habits from your first chapter. Consistency grows when your effort has structure, even on days when motivation fades.

  • Repeat your warm-up and practice routine.
  • Track a skill, rather than only a score.
  • Notice how energy and recovery affect your game.
03 / DAYS 37–54PERFORM.+

Bring intention to the course and to your day. Practice making decisions under pressure, staying present, and giving yourself room to grow.

  • Choose a specific skill to test during a round.
  • Reflect on decision-making, not just outcomes.
  • Celebrate progress without comparing yourself to others.
04 / DAYS 55–72BECOME.+

Review the work you have put in and decide what should continue beyond day 72. The strongest result is a repeatable mindset, not a finish line.

  • Compare your current habits with day one.
  • Identify what helped you improve.
  • Set a meaningful next step for the season ahead.

MIND × BODY × GAME × TIME

Make each day
count.

A simple daily framework to shape your own routine. Pick a small, realistic action from each pillar and adjust it to your schedule.

MIND

Be present.

Start with intention. Use a quiet minute to set a goal, reflect on yesterday, or reset after a difficult round.

BODY

Move with purpose.

Build mobility, strength, or a walking habit that supports how you feel on and off the course.

GAME

Practice deliberately.

Work on one part of your game instead of trying to improve everything in a single session.

TIME

Protect the routine.

Give the things that matter a place in your calendar and leave room for rest and life outside golf.

THE 72-HOLE SCORECARD

Prefer to track
your rounds?

There is also a separate interactive COD72 scorecard built for four rounds of 18 holes. Scores are saved in your own browser, not submitted to a public leaderboard.

Questions before
day one?

Do I need to play golf every day?

No. The 72-day approach is about consistent personal action across mindset, movement, the game, and time. Adapt the rhythm to your ability and schedule.

Is COD72 a tournament?

Not by itself. The 72-day framework is about your own habits; the separate 72-hole scorecard tracks four golf rounds. The Sunrise Invitational is a different event with details still to be announced.

Can I join after the first day?

Start your own day one when you're ready. Public cohorts and registration dates have not been announced.
